    Ombu’s superb dining experience is like nothing else in the Winston-Salem area. Our diners are instantly transported by the extraordinary décor and exceptional service. Ombu’s unique cuisine is Contemporary American Fusion. From the Lobster and Gruyere Fritters to the Espresso Cured Colorado Lamb Rack, Chef Monteiro has created an ever-changing menu of unparalleled, incredible dishes.

     Ombu boasts extensive seafood options including oysters, lobster, grouper, tuna, salmon, seabass, scallops, and shrimp, all flown in fresh. This includes several raw dishes including our Northern Oysters and Tuna Poke.

     Ombu’s NY Strip and Fire Gilled Porterhouse are dry aged 28 days, resulting in our especially tender steak with remarkable flavor. The Wagyu Carpaccio is delectable while the Koran Short Ribs is one of our most popular dishes. Chef Monteiro prefers to purchase vegetables locally; as a result all the greens served come from straight from local fields.

     Our desert menu is tantalizing, conclude your meal by indulging in one of our many desserts such as the Chocolate Torte or the Layered Raspberry Chocolate Cake.
